For those sticking to the Mesa 12.0 stable series until the huge Mesa 13.0 has further stabilized, Mesa 12.0.4 is now available as the latest point release.

Mesa 12.0.4 contains dozens of bug-fixes compared to 12.0.3. Some specific improvements worth mentioning include restoring the Nouveau VDPAU performance, a Wayland EGL crash fix, other EGL fixes, multiple FD leaks were taken care of, interoperability between third-party OpenCL implementations and Mesa libGL/libEGL has been fixed, and various other changes. Fixes are present for Gallium3D Nine, Freedreno, NV50, NVC0, i965, GLSL, RadeonSI, and other areas.

Overall Mesa 12.0.4 is a rather hearty update for those sticking to Mesa 12. More details on the dozens of changes/fixes via this release announcement by Mesa release manager and Collabora employee Emil Velikov.
