Collabora employee and Mesa release manager Emil Velikov has announced the availability of Mesa 13.0-RC3 and he expects to do the final Mesa 13 release in a matter of hours.

Emil announced today, "The third release candidate for Mesa 13.0.0 is now available with the final to be out in ~24 hours."

Mesa 13.0-RC3 has bug fixes for i965, Gallium3D Nine, NVC0, EGL, Radeon Gallium, the Mesa state tracker, and other areas with around three dozen fixes in total.

Mesa 13.0 is an extremely exciting milestone with OpenGL 4.5 for Intel, GL 4.4/4.5 extension completion for RadeonSI/NVC0, the added RADV Radeon Vulkan driver, and many other improvements. Will be writing up a feature overview shortly.
