WINE 0.9.28 was released with several changes. The major changes in this release is OpenGL in child windows working (again), better mouse support in games, beginnings of new statement in Direct3D, and improved audio and font support on Mac OS. Of course, a lot more bug fixing has went into this release. More information and downloads are available from WINE HQ.
