Nouveau Driver Gets X-Video Fixes

If you're using the open-source NVIDIA 3D display driver or hope to try it out soon, there's been several X-Video related commits in the past few days. The Nouveau driver is still much a work in progress, but recently there's been X-Video fixes by Arthur Huillet.
