GIMP 2.4.0 Comes Closer To Release

GIMP 2.4.0 is coming soon and as a sign of that, the third release candidate for GIMP 2.4.0 is now available. GIMP 2.4.0-rc3 offers a variety of bug fixes as well as improved handling of JPEG settings, switching tabs by just hovering over them, conversion options for the color profile conversion plug-in, and a few other changes make up this release candidate.
