Amanda McPherson, the Marketing Director of the Linux Foundation, has just notified those who participated in the first-ever Linux Foundation Collaboration Summit that the next summit is planned for April. Back during the first LF Collaboration Summit, the expectation is that the next summit would be in March at a German location. However, this 2nd Linux Foundation Collaboration Summit will be at IBM/University of Texas Commons Center in Austin. This summit will run from April 8th to April 10th. At Phoronix we covered the first LF Summit and we look forward to participating in April. The summit was very productive with panels, meetings, and of course a bit of partying.
