KDE 4.0.3 Released With Polishing

With it being a new month, it's time for a new KDE 4.0.x build (KDE release schedule). The KDE community is today proud to show off KDE 4.0.3 with a great quantity of bug-fixes. Among the noteworthy changes in KDE 4.0.3 include scrolling optimizations for KDE's web-rendering engine (KHTML), improved handling of dialog windows with KWin, and Okular rendering improvements.
