Back in September the first alpha of Xfce 4.6 was released and since then we've already reached the second beta for this lightweight open-source desktop environment. Hopper is the codename for Xfce 4.6 Beta 2 and it incorporates a great number of bug-fixes, xfwm4 keyboard shortcuts are now reconfigurable again, session management has been improved, and it's now possible to set the desktop wallpaper through the right-click menu in the Thunar file manager.

The change-log and other details for Xfce 4.6 Beta 2 are available at Xfce.org.
