UBUNTU
While yesterday we were presented with word of Sun Microsystems announcing the move of Java going open-source, and recasting Java licensing for GNU/Linux and OpenSolaris distributions, today Sun is at JavaOne proclaiming its love for Ubuntu Linux. Both Ubuntu and Sun have said they really enjoy each-others products. Ubuntu Dapper Drake v6.06 LTS is expected to be available on Sun Servers starting June of 2006. More on this announcement is at ZDNet.
