Ubuntu 11.10 Beta 2 Released

Canonical has announced the second beta release of Ubuntu 11.10 "Oneiric Ocelot" for those interested in testing it out before the final version makes its debut next month.

Ubuntu 11.10 Beta 2 has new/updated ARM architecture images, the latest GNOME 3.2 packages, OneConf integration into the Ubuntu Software Center, better support for installing 32-bit libraries and packages on a 64-bit system, and a kernel derived from Linux 3.0.4.
