Those rolling on openSUSE Tumbleweed can run the latest package updates to switch from Mesa 12 to the recently-released Mesa 13.

By moving up to Mesa 13 is a plethora of improvements and new features including the RADV Vulkan driver, OpenGL 4.5 for Intel, nearly complete OpenGL 4.4/4.5 for RadeonSI/NVC0, performance improvements, and more.

The Intel Vulkan driver can be found on openSUSE via the libvulkan_intel sub-package but it doesn't appear that there is the RADV Radeon Vulkan driver packaged/enabled by default yet.

Other recent Tumbleweed rolling-release updates include the latest Linux 4.8 point release, KDE Plasma 5.8.3, a Wayland crash fix, updated BusyBox, and more.
