PHORONIX TEST SUITE
The latest development release of Phoronix Test Suite 6.0-Hammerfest is now available for your open-source benchmarking needs. Additionally, we've begun rolling out the new Phoronix Test Suite web-site.

Over the earlier development milestones are some new features to PTS 6.0 M4 with feature-development still taking place this cycle. Most noticeably there is now a Linux kernel perf subsystem module for the Phoronix Test Suite: Using Linux's Perf For Providing More Automated Performance Counter Metrics. See that article about tapping perf's performance event counters for any test profile / benchmark you're running!

Phoronix Test Suite 6.0 Milestone 4 also begins the re-work of the Phoromatic Server's web-interface for managing accounts. The new UI is still a work-in-progress but is more cleaned-up, more mobile phone/tablet friendly, and has other benefits with its responsive design.

With this new PTS development release are also a few bug-fixes, tweaks to the grapher, and other changes. You can download the latest release from Phoronix-Test-Suite.com or the GitHub project site. With that said, over the weekend the start of the new Phoronix-Test-Suite.com site rolled out that's finally mobile friendly and responsive plus other clean-ups compared to the older site layout.

Phoronix Test Suite 6.0 remains on track for release before the end of the year.
