Phoronix Test Suite 6.2.2 has been released as the last planned point release in the Phoronix Test Suite 6.2-Gamvik series.

Phoronix Test Suite 6.2.2 adds external dependency handling support to Void Linux and Alpine Linux distributions. There is also support for OpenSUSE's existing external dependency handling to provide reverse dependency handling support too. There are also a few other distribution-specific tweaks to better handle package management on different platforms as a result of the recent testing across 15 Linux distributions.

Phoronix Test Suite 6.2.2 also fixes a crash in phoronix-test-suite stress-run, will find Epiphany on systems when no other browser is available, the Phoromatic module will not use a proxy when attempting to connect to a Phoromatic Server on the LAN, and other small changes.

Phoronix Test Suite 6.4-Hasvik is now under development with a planned launch in Q2'2016. Besides Phoronix Test Suite improvements, more enhancements are planned to the new OpenBenchmarking.org and Phoromatic for the 6.4 cycle.

The latest Phoronix Test Suite release is available for downloading from GitHub.
