PostgreSQL 9.6 Officially Released With Parallel Query Support

The PostgreSQL 9.6 database server is now officially released as the project's latest feature release.

A few days ago I outlined what's new with PostgreSQL 9.6 features, among other Postgres 9.6 coverage the past few months. So if you missed those articles, check them out. The parallel query support is one of the big features to this update.
