As part of Ubuntu's Python 3 plans, Python 3.5 is now hitting the Ubuntu Wily archive for Ubuntu 15.10.

With the uploads taking place this week, Python 3.5 is becoming the default Python 3 version on Ubuntu. Most bugs have been fixed up but there are still some remaining issues to take care of. Those interested in Python 3 on Ubuntu can find the v3.5 details via this mailing list post.

Meanwhile, later this month with the rest of their toolchain work they'll be looking to land GCC 5 in Ubuntu 15.10.
