AMD's R600 Gallium3D driver just made it up to OpenGL 4.1 support (for the few select GPUs that provide the necessary capabilities), but things aren't stopping there with another OpenGL 4.3 extension now landing.

ARB_copy_image support of OpenGL 4.3 has been implemented for R600g. The commit landed this morning. ARB_copy_image is needed by BioShock Infinite and other modern Linux games.

Landing alongside that new extension support were a number of other R600 driver fixes and two RadeonSI fixes. R600g now supports the same OpenGL 4 extensions as RadeonSI, but again it's not relevant for all of the hardware supported by this older driver for Radeon HD 6000 series and prior.
