Are There Any Raspberry Pi 2 Benchmarks You'd Like To See?

RASPBERRY PI
While the level of performance out of the Raspberry Pi devices have had me less than interested, I decided to finally pick up a Raspberry Pi 2 anyways for some benchmarking and testing of the VC4 DRM+Gallium3D driver stack.

I haven't really been interested in the Raspberry Pi when there are more powerful ARM boards out there and what's what gets me excited when it comes to ARM performance testing. There's also been plenty of others already to use the Phoronix Test Suite and share their RPi benchmarks on OpenBenchmarking.org. However, I decided to finally go about buying a Raspberry Pi 2 for kicks to see how it compares to the NVIDIA Jetson TX1 development board.

One of the other reasons is also for trying out the open-source Raspberry Pi graphics stack that Eric Anholt has been making good progress on and with the mode-setting-only Raspberry Pi DRM driver coming for Linux 4.4.

I had bought this Vilros Raspberry Pi 2 Model B kit after seeing it on sale for just over $30 USD with case, etc.

If there's any interesting Raspberry Pi 2 benchmarks you'd like to see, be sure to let me know by commenting on this article within our forums. Of course, next week will be the Raspberry Pi 2 vs. Jetson TX1 numbers for curiosity sake.
