There is another OpenGL 4.3 extension crossed off the TODO list of the AMD RadeonSI Gallium3D driver for GCN GPUs.

With the latest commits that landed in Mesa Git master today, the ARB_robust_buffer_access_behavior extension as mandated by the OpenGL 4.3 specification is done. This extension is about defining behavior for access protection of out-of-bounds buffer and array accesses.

Aside from still needing ARB_shader_atomic_counters for OpenGL 4.2 compliance (out-of-tree patches are being worked on), there is just ARB_compute_shader and ARB-shader_storage_buffer_object needed before RadeonSI will have OpenGL 4.3 compliance for Radeon GCN GPUs on this open-source driver stack.
