RadeonSI Gallium3D Is Now One Extension Away From OpenGL 4.4 Compliance

Landing over night in Mesa Git is support for the RadeonSI Gallium3D driver with the ARB_query_buffer_object extension. Now on Mesa Git that means there is just one extension away before this AMD GCN OpenGL driver supports the 4.4 specification.

ARB_query_buffer_object was previously supported by the Intel and Nouveau NVC0 drivers while now it's enabled for RadeonSI on Git.

This means that on Mesa Git, RadeonSI just needs to finish up the ARB_enhanced_layouts support before seeing OpenGL 4.4 support. For OpenGL 4.5, the RadeonSI driver just needs to finish KHR_robustness and fortunately there are active patches for that on the mailing list.

With getting ARB_query_buffer_object done, RadeonSI is back to being tied with Nouveau NVC0 for extension coverage and they both have to finish ARB_enhanced_layouts and KHR_robustness.
