Wayland Live CD Updated Against Wayland/Weston 1.8

The reference Wayland Live CD with various Wayland software components enabled has been updated against Wayland/Weston 1.8 and other new code.

The Wayland Live CD update besides having Wayland/Weston 1.8 has better security, adds in Calligra built against Qt5 on Wayland, FreeGLUT and GLFW come compiled with Wayland support, and Ubuntu 15.04 is the base operating system. Clutter, SDL, GTK, Qt, EFL, FreeGlut, GLFW, MPV, GStreamer KDE Frameworks, and Calligra are among the packaged Wayland components for this operating system.

The release ships with the Wayland-based Weston, Orbital, Hawaii, Papyros, GNOME Shell, Enlightenment E19, and Orbment as available desktops.
