SteamOS Rebases To Debian Linux 8.2

Valve has updated SteamOS Brewmaster to use Debian 8.2 and with that also comes a Linux kernel update.

SteamOS was re-based to Debian 8.2 with the latest package updates and security fixes. With the updated Linux kernel for SteamOS, there's support for a new model of Xbox One Controllers, fixed LEDs for Xbox 360 controllers, and other fixed controller issues. This updated SteamOS Brewmaster 2.37 release also has an improved version of SteamOS Auto-Repair.
