For those enjoying the Total War games on Linux, Total War: WARHAMMER II was announced today and it looks like it will receive Linux support.

Total War: WARHAMMER II was announced today as "coming soon" and the sequel to Total War: WARHAMMER. The release date for now is just slated for later in 2017.

It looks like Linux support is coming, but might not be a day-one launch. Their announcement mentions, "Plans for Mac & Linux versions will be announced later in the year." The graphics look great and would be fun to see WARHAMMER II get some Vulkan support, but we'll have to wait and see.
