Ubuntu 15.04 Defaults To A Purple Wallpaper

The official wallpaper of the upcoming Ubuntu 15.04 release was announced this morning.

Will Cooke, the Ubuntu Desktop Engineering Manager at Canonical, today posted the official Ubuntu 15.04, codenamed the Vivid Vervet, wallpaper. He also posted the official alternate wallpaper.

The new default wallpaper as posted to this bug report for Ubuntu 15.04 is predominantly purple:

Ubuntu 15.04 will be officially released in late April.
