This month's Ubuntu Phone Update sent over-the-air is bringing a number of new features and improvements for Ubuntu smartphone users over the next few days.

Included with this latest Ubuntu Phone OTA is a new settings UI with privacy settings for the web browser, scope tagging support, other scope improvements, the Ubuntu Address Book can now import contacts from SIM, there's a new Address Book settings panel, and this update shifts to Toolkit v1.3 and migrates to Qt 5.4.

These imminent Ubuntu Phone updates were shared with Ubuntu Phone users via an email update. If you missed it yesterday, coming up next week are at least two Ubuntu Phone announcements.
