Virt-Manager's Virt-Viewer 4.0 Released

VIRTUALIZATION
Virt-Viewer 4.0 was released today as the newer version of this virtualization VM viewer that's part of the Virt-Manager project.

Virt-Viewer 4.0 now requires GTK3 with the GTK2 support being laid to rest, various other dependencies have been upped, various UI elements were updated, a number of fixes were present, the experimental Windows installers were revised, and various other changes present.
