Vulkan 1.0.32 Released

For Vulkan developers concerned about the latest documentation changes for this graphics API, the latest Vulkan 1.0 point release is now available.

With Vulkan-Next being worked on, the Vulkan 1.0.x point releases continue on roughly a week or two cadence. Vulkan 1.0.32 was released yesterday with a few rather basic changes to the specification.
