WAYLAND
Bryce Harrington has delayed the Wayland/Weston 1.8 Alpha release by a few days.

The Wayland 1.8 Alpha delay isn't due to outstanding bugs or serious issues, but because this Samsung employee is busy at a conference this week. He's rescheduling the 1.8 Alpha until next Wednesday (6 May) but is hoping to do all follow-up 1.8 test releases as planned.

The rest of the Wayland 1.8 schedule is expected to be the first release candidate around 15 May, the second release candidate around 22 May, and the official Wayland 1.8 and Weston 1.8 releases on 29 May. Confirmation of the 1.8 alpha delay was posted by Bryce yesterday to the wayland-devel mailing list.
