WAYLAND
Just a few days ago the Wayland Drag-n-Drop actions support patches were published and they've now already ended up within the Weston repository.

There is now DnD actions and DnD progress notification within Weston.

Following those DnD commits today, the GTK3 tool-kit has already implemented support for DnD actions and related work. The latest batch of Wayland improvements will be found in GTK+ 3.19.7.

The DnD actions support is one of the features needed for Fedora 24 to default to Wayland by hitting parity with X.Org functionality.
