Wine 2.15 Adds Support for AES Encryption

Coming a few days late, Wine 2.15 is now available as the latest bi-weekly development snapshot leading up to the Wine 3.0 release in a few months.

Changes with Wine 2.15 include support for AES encryption, better Bezier support in DIrect2D, chunked transfer improvements in WinInet, and just 9 known bug fixes this time around.
