Following in the foot steps of Wine 1.7.44, the newest development version of Wine-Staging is now also available.

The Wine-Staging 1.7.44 update doesn't introduce any new features atop the already existing experimental features present in this testing version of Wine that serves a similar purpose to the Linux kernel's staging area. Besides being re-based atop upstream Wine, the Wine-Staging 1.7.44 release integrates some bug fixes with patches that weren't yet ready for merging to mainline.

Wine-Staging 1.7.44 has many bug fixes including various crash fixes, null pointer reference fixes, new stubs, etc. Wine users wanting to learn more can do so at Wine-Staging.com.
