For X.Org members that haven't yet voted in this year's particularly important elections, there's just a few days to cast your ballot.

The elections were supposed to happen back from 9 March to 22 March, but were significantly delayed and didn't get started until 23 March. As such, they're now expected to end on 5 April at 23:59 UTC.

Besides voting for the new X.Org Board of Directors, what makes this year's election so particularly important is voting on the proposed by-laws changes that would allow the X.Org Foundation to dissolve their 501(c)3 status and become a sub-project of the SPI. In doing so, the X.Org board would effectively no longer be responsible for the business/clerical-side of running the organization while the SPI would handle it in exchange for a portion of the generated funds, etc.

X.Org members can cast their votes in the next two days via members.x.org.
