X.ORG
The X.Org project has its latest server embarrassment.

Over the years there have been an embarrassing number of problems to the X.Org/FreeDesktop.org server infrastructure from the recent X.Org domain ownership woes (that still aren't fully resolved but at least the domain got renewed), the vandalization of the RadeonHD Git repository, the crashing of the FreeDesktop.org home server and losing all of the contents a few years back, and that's on top of various other X.Org missteps. The latest is that the X.Org domain is no longer resolving.

The X.Org domain was renewed last month, but it appears their name servers are down and have been for at least a day and has also been confirmed elsewhere. No statement has been made yet by the X.Org Foundation about this latest situation.
