The next version of ownCloud, a popular open-source alternative to Dropbox for file hosting, has been released. Meet ownCloud 8.2.

Today's ownCloud 8.2 release focuses upon improving the user experience with having a new sidebar, a new gallery app, new notifications, and new control points.
