Looks like a good set of improvements. Linux mint cinnamon is a amazing starter desktop. That said, i can't help but feel it's kind of antiquated in design (XFCE at this point feels a bit more modern, and zippier), and it's just not as polished as plasma is. Budgie seems more polished on the surface, although I'd be curious to see how they compare in performance and resource usage (Since budgie is just a GTK shell for gnome essentially).

Seriously, why bother making a comment like this? If you don't like the distro don't use it.

As a Linux Mint user it seems they took the right direction: Focus on being efficient (Less memory, more responsive) more than on new features.

I think also they should bring back the icons from the 18.x series. Anyhow, great distribution.
