    So Intel now supports O....P...E...N...G...L...4....6, nice!

    (That's mostly the same as OpenGL 4.6, just slower)

      According to mesamatrix.net Haswell should also be supported.

        When ready for RadeonSI, would have to use NIR for it. And NIR is not enabled by default for RadeonSI now.

          I suspect it'll be enabled for both iris and radeonsi by Mesa 19.3. Caio has some patches that get it mostly working on iris, and Marek mentioned plans to switch to NIR by default in that timeframe.
