    There are a few vendors integrating the Aquantia 10GbE PHY with USB3.2/Thunderbolt interfaces. Unfortunately they have a problem of running hot under load and therefore throttle the speed back.

    If the Atlantic2 silicon can run full speed without having to heat throttle, then we will probably see more motherboard and Thunderbolt (laptop) integration.
