    Big performance improvement, now the link detected/removed actions will be way faster =).
    If someone would try to use non-interrupt driven transfers with an FEC I would expect some decent increases in packet loss, given how buggy this thing is. The joys of being an embedded dev...

      Oooh nice. The i.MX6-based Utilite has never managed gigabit speeds and I have verified this with iperf. I gather this is down to bus limitations but I wonder whether this will help at all.
