Well, this is something that should be in the compiler before the CPU/APU hits the market.
Plenty of Gentoo and LFS folks out there.

Besides, this is something that probably already existed from the early days for internal testing. At least I'd guess so.

Stop TCPA, stupid software patents and corrupt politicians!
