    Nice, but what i really would like to see from mdraid (and dm-integrity/dm-crypt) is that they wouldnt need to write to all disks on build and rebuild.

    That makes them pretty bad for ssds. Which would profit the mist from thus change.

    Or us there anyone who build an mdraid on top if a thinpool?

      I wonder if this will get back-ported to EL8 (and CentOS8).

      MDRAID10 on SSDs is quite common (due to the lack of reasonable HWRAIDs capable of handling multiple HDDs)
