    does it mean they upstreamed for different architectures only... or sonething else

      It means that gcc should be able to make ELF binaries for Haiku for a few different architectures, not that Haiku (yet) supports running on those architectures. Only Intel 32-bit & 64-bit, and RISC-V 64-bit.
