    Is there the possibility to implement the hardware acceleration through soundcard by drivers and or kernel?

      Hardware audio acceleration hasn't been relevant for a long time in games. Even 12 year old CPUs can handle sound playback in a game like ET: Legacy just fine.

        If you got soundcard with hardware mixer (like real SoundBlaster or Audigy, based on emu10kX [there are some cheap cards marketed by Creative as SoundBlasters or Audy with 'SE' or 'Value' , suffix that use different chip, and don't have hardware mixer, wavetable, etc):
        You need this
        Old OpenAL linux implementation that use ALSA as backend, allowing to use sound card mixing ability - darkbrain-fc/openal-alsa
