Any hopes Firefox will use it someday?

One of the biggest mistakes of Mozilla lately was "abandoning" Servo. Servo could be a real competitor to Blink and WebKit in embbedable use cases.

Anyway, maybe Mitchel Baker has more important priorities like social issues, turning Mozilla into a worse EFF, and raising her own salary to over 5 million dollars.

You meant reduce? Because she was already over 5m a few years ago.

for some reason nearly any video I use is totally missing on the new layout. audio works which means all audio gets played full blast and I cant turn it off on the otherhand, aside from videos not loading, quite a few webapps now can actually be somewhat used

Wish to see Firefox use it as base in near future.

Mozilla is busy trying to just keep what it has feature complete. They have seriously fallen behind Chrome even in basic features, like Passkeys. With the end of paid search looming, Firefox may have to axe engine development entirely and become a Chrome reskin.

                    What are you talking?
"Firefox Browser 119.0 is the latest web browser developed by the Mozilla Foundation, it is powered by the Servo web browser layout engine."
