Earlier this week NVIDIA began shipping the GeForce GTX 1050 graphics cards and our first review is of a Zotac GeForce GTX 1050 Mini. A GeForce GTX 1050 Ti Linux review is still coming up plus some other articles looking at performance-per-Watt and other interesting areas for these low-cost Pascal-based GPUs. Here are results of the latest NVIDIA Linux performance compared to the latest open-source AMD Linux driver with various Radeon GPUs.

Obviously at 4K this card will suffer, but for its intended market at 1080p resolutions it looks like a very good price/performance product.

Yeah, pretty much no reason to buy a RX 460 anymore. To be fair though, it wasn't really that great of a value when it came out either though. The new price on the RX 470 should mean it should handily compete with the 1050 Ti.

But need more tests case bioshock infinite, grid autosports, dirt showdown, f1 2015, tomb raider, shadow of mordor, metro and if possible others

Without forget at 1080p max because this hardware and similar case RX 460 are too weak for more than 1080p

Remember that this is run with Xeon CPU, but this will people combine with slower CPUs anyway. Pentiums and Athlons usually, cheap mem/mobo... every $$ matters there

Yup, currently my Pentium G3258 is doing miracles in game for... 70$
(overclock from 3.2GHz to 4.0GHz helps a bit)

And your mobo cost how much, so that you can overclock that

Maybe Michael should use something like that to simulate real word scenario, as i think nearly no one will buy this and combine it with Xeon for gaming
