Small correction, we need 75% of all members to agree to the change, which in practice means a 90+% voter turnout or it's not going to be meanigful as a decision. If you don't vote, you essentially vote NO.

When you emphasis "YOUR" like that I thought you meant that anyone, not just members; can vote.
