Fedora has to first fix broken kernel which does not load Kaveri APU's firmware which renders VDPAU & VA-API dead(no UVD nor VCE)

I think I might have a kernel issue too:
Hi, I installed Fedora 27 Beta in UEFI mode on a Dell E6520 laptop with hybrid graphic (Intel HD 3000 + Nvida NVS 4200 Quadro) with Optimus technology enabled on an updated BIOS (which doesn't offer "secure boot") During boot before the splash screen I get the following error: Couldn't get size: 0x80000000000000e MODSIGN: Couldn't get UEFI db list Couldn't parse dbx signatures: -74 Please any suggestion? Should I open I bug report?

I put the 27 Beta on an Intel NUC and it's working great. Next on this laptop I think. Maybe this weekend.
