See mesa bug 43405
In the course of getting Evergreen working with r600g, there were certain things that got hacked till it worked.
This broke glxgears & Google Earth on the HD3200 (ie, I only get snow).
There's a patch on the bug report, but it needs testing with Evergreen hardware.

The author of said commit suspects that the issue may be fixed now, but it needs testing.
If someone could test whether reverting this (as done by the patch) works on the Evergreen chips, that would be appreciated.
