Vivaldi TP4 Brings UI Customizations, Better HiDPI

For those interested in the Vivaldi closed-source, cross-platform web browser, the fourth technical preview release is now available.

Vivaldi Tech Preview 4 brings significant UI customizations, a new settings menu, a keyboard cheat sheet, gestures with touchpad support, tab switching using the mouse wheel, better HiDPI support, and various other changes.
