AlmaLinux, CentOS Stream, Clear Linux, Debian, Fedora & Ubuntu On AMD 4th Gen EPYC Genoa

Clear Linux on the AMD Genoa server was the fastest for the MariaDB (MySQL) performance in the out-of-the-box configuration.

There wasn't much variation in the PostgreSQL database benchmark results except for AlmaLinux 9.1 notably running slower than the rest.
