Clang in general has matured very nicely the past few years to be effectively at performance parity with GCC overall on x86_64 and especially AArch64.

AOCC has also matured in its own right as well since originally being introduced with EPYC as an LLVM/Clang downstream and much better than the days of the AMD Open64 compiler option pre-Zen.
