It was quite a wild ride for the Bcachefs results. In a number of tests it scored first place finishes but also had its share of losses or cases where it was towards the back with the likes of Btrfs. On a geometric mean basis it fell behind the rest but did win 10% of the tests and came in last place seven times compared to the stock ZoL coming in last nine times. It will be certainly interesting though to see what performance optimizations and other improvements come now that the core development work is wrapping up and potentially merging soon to the mainline kernel.
